Book Review:
The Holy Science by Sri Yukteswar Giri
A highly unusual book, first published in 1894 and marked by a seemingly oxymoronic title, which must have been by design, ostensibly to suggest that religion and science are convergent ideas, something I happen to agree with. The author uses certain Vedic constructs such as Yuga Cycle to make uncanny forecasts for ensuing scientific breakthroughs and world events. An unifying parallel is drawn between Christian and Hindu Scriptures.
Definitely thought provoking!
